Right now I am at a loss of words I have had the craziest past 3 days on a surprise road trip I went on with a bunch of my buddies. Lots of stuff went down so far that I can’t believe, the video will be insane. Anyways, were at a Starbucks in some weird town in South Dakota and i have little battery. So I’m going to keep this short with a long video of last years FBM’s Gypsy tour and when we get to our destination(I wish I knew where it was) I will post news and such enjoy….

We can now add another name to the dropping of sponsors list and that is Chase Dehart is off of Shadow. I know this is old news but still what the heck is going on. I know he wants to concentrate on Cult but this is the fourth pro to leave their sponsor in 2 months. I know Rob Wise went on to Gt but still kind of insane. Anyways Fly Bikes released there new brake pads that feature a whole new look on brake pads, to read about that click HERE and here is a pic of them:
.
That’s about it kids now here’s four videos to get psyched on. The first one is from MacNeil rider Chris Smith, the second one is from Lotek rider Albert Mercado , the third video is from Lotek rider Mike Hoder, and the fourth and final one is from the new Primo website of scrap footage enjoy….

Chicago maybe fun to ride but the weather sucks, its been super cold and boring the past week. Anyways there are a few new parts out this week. First up is the Demolition Phantom hub, it features 3/8 socket head bolts, comes with a hub guard, but its a little heavy coming in at 11oz maybe with out the guard it will shave a few ounces. Here is a picture:

FBM’s new/old cross sprocket is out and looks amazing as it did years back. Here is a pic of that beauty:

Finally S&M has come out with a new sprocket called the Iron Man. It looks like there old sprocket but is beefed up a bit. It will come in sizes 24t, 25t,26t,27t,28t, and 30t. Here is a picture:

That’s about it for today here is three videos for you guys to watch. First one is from the recent DK trip and the second one is from DAH SHOP jam and the third is from FBM’s upstate fiasco enjoy….

Found this over at Festive Skate. Here is a quickie featuring RICKS, Mike Santarossa, Mike Abarta, Jesse Silvey and Sean Bolis skateboarding.
Adam Grandmaison, aka Adam22 of The Come Up, has an interview up on ESPN. This is the first interview in a week long series with brands. Adam talks about his new parts company OSS. Their first video will be out this fall and it features parts by Garrett Reeves, Rory Ellis, Jake Seeley, Mike Mastroni, Alex Platt, Craig Passero and Charlie Crumlish and some footy of Chris Zeppieri and Devin Feil. Check out the full interview here
Is there a conflict of interest between running The Come Up and now owning your own bike company?
I wouldn’t say there is a conflict of interest; just a lot of opportunity for it to become a conflict. All it means for me is working more closely with the brands who advertise on The Come Up so that they understand I’m not trying to use TCU to promote OSS more than I would any other brand. And that way if they think I am doing something inappropriate, they can talk to me and let me know and we can work it out. I’m trying to err on the side of caution by letting the other dudes who update the site author those posts. Most of the companies who advertise have been really outwardly supportive of me. As much as gossip goes on in BMX, much of it aimed at me, a lot of rider owned companies are just happy to see someone like me who really cares about BMX doing well.
I’m finally in front of a computer where I can view all the sites I need to while watching the end of the Spurs, Suns game of course. Over the weekend Staff-Bmx updated there catalog of products they have and the new Federal frames are finally out! Here is a LINK to the Ty Morrrow frame and here is a LINK to the Jarred Washington frame, get one. FBM had a little bit of a fiasco this past weekend, if you want to read about it check out FAT BMX. Well I have three videos for you guys to get pumped on the first one is off of the Cult website its a KRIMZEN Spring edit with some cameos from a few Cult riders, next up a video of Colony flow rider Broc Raiford at an indoor park, and finally a bowl jam edit from the guys at Mutiny, enjoy….

I finally got to watch the Birth of Big Air and all I can say is with out Matt Hoffman I do not think our sport would have been existance today, kind of like how aggressive inline went out. In my opinion Matt Hoffman is the Rodney Mullen of Bmx, Matt pushed the limits of what could be done on a 20″ bike. Sure he might have gotten knocked down but he got right back up. If when watching this movie does not inspire you to ride then I don’t know what the heck your doing on a bike. So order it if you have comcast post a comment on what you think of the movie and get out there and ride like you stole it! I’m on my phone so when I get by a computer ill post some news up for you guys and some videos. Ride to live, live to ride…….
Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates I haven’t had power for the past few days because of the wind and storms in Chicago. If you guys miss the FBM bottle neck stem and the cross sprocket they are making a return to the FBM product line. The sprocket will be out next week and the stem will be out shortly after, click HERE to check them out. Aaron Ross has a bike check up over at FAT BMX, it looks amazing he comes up with the most ridiculous/amazing color ways. Speaking of bike checks Dakota Roche has one up over at Odyssey, the Bad Boy frame looks sick in matte black. Honestly what is going on with Metal Bikes first Sean Burns now Alex Liiv. Alex said that there wasn’t any problems or anything just wanted to start new projects. Hmmm new projects could Alex and Sean be starting a bike company? We will just have to wait to see. Tonight I’m going to watch the Birth of Big Air and I will have a review up of it tomorrow. I only have two videos for you guys today one of Chris Doyle and the other is of Jourdan Barba enjoy……
