While I was perusing The Come Up yesterday I came across one of the affiliates and internet star, Muffinman’s new web video, “Yo, Can I film That Real Fast Part Three” and well, it’s just what the title says, BMX filmed quick on a shitty cam. It has the standard nibbling and it has it’s awesomeness. I mean Big James is in that shit. That dude is unreal. His tabletops on the banks blow my mind. But make sure you watch it, this is real.
At the complete other end of the BMX spectrum, really only by the fact that Ruben is a pro bmx rider, is Mr. Alacantara’s First Hand from Fuel TV. There is so much BMX surfing in there, it’s awesome. If I was a kid and saw that on TV I would be so psyched. I mean, I’m psyched on it now but I can’t imagine seeing POSH for the first time on TV or the Derby Skatepark or even Santa Rosa. hell yeah, i need to make my way up there soon. I remeber when I was moving to Cali I was looking at spots mostly in LA but I found some crazy places in SC. Treehouses basically. I wish I was living in the woods now.
