It’s just a little gallery but I’m real psyched about the way everything came together on this. It’s a 20 page “book” featuring BMX, Skate and Surf photos from photographers Kyle Emery-Peck, John Hesselbarth, Ryan Tatar, Nuno Oliviera, Travis Splain, Chris Dempsey, as well as In The Gnar contributor Andrew Burton. I even have a couple photos in there as well. Just click the photo on the right and check it out. If you’re wondering about anything leave comments or email us at info@inthegnar.com!
I forgot to do a post about In The gnar on myspace. If you check the site you should add us. I bet you won’t.
ESPN BMX site just turned into my favorite site. Along with Brian Tunney’s solid writing, Steve Crandall is contributing, so psyched! This story that Crandall wrote on Defgrip is pretty awesome too. I hate how temporary the web is, shit’s forgotten in a day.
While I was going through some of my flickr contacts today I found an old contact from our contributor at In The Gnar, Andrew Burton. Except it wasn’t his flickr account that he uses now but an old one that had been left by the internet wayside. I went through the photos that were there and I was reminded of how good they actually are. It was refreshing to to see mellow, timeless stuff going down especially seeing as I had just watched this. I grabbed 5 more of them and have them below. There’s a couple that aren’t BMX but I think that’s okay. Check them out below.
In case you missed it, my contributor Andrew and I have started a weekly audio feature. We actually came up with the idea this weekend after we already did an audio feature on Friday but it’s okay, the world isn’t going to stop or anything. By the way when I say we I actually mean “he” because Andrew has done both of our audio features and in case you missed them you should check out the Derek Aylward one here and the Bro Gumpright one here.
Be sure to check back every Monday for the feature, that is of course unless we forget to do one or run out of people to talk to or events to cover or by chance we just get lazy.
