While I was gone, Chris from SJBMX sent this one over. It’s awesome but it’s also cool to see how much better it looks quality wise than the previous Joey Cobbs video below. Not that I really care about quality too much, especially if Mr. Cobbs is shredding, but it’s nice to see the progression regardless.
This is the video from the Gatorade Free Flow Tour that recently went through Ramp Rats. Apparently it’s an Alliance of Action Sports project but if I’m not mistaken, Chris from SJBMX took care of the video end. Thanks for the link Chris!
It’s from 2005, so you know it’s good. I just watched the intro and while I am about to finish it, there are a couple of things worth noting. The most important is that I think the intro features a White Zombie song. Second, I saw a can-can plant on a wallride. Finally, I think I’ve made a direct correlation. The less fashion conscious BMX was, the better it was. Anyone with me?
I was crusing the San Jose BMX site and I found this gem under the tag “Brad Blanchard”. There’s a bunch of rad clips that have for sure stood the test of time but Blanchard’s are amazing. His turndown at :41 would make most people today drool.
